The Food Pantry is a benevolent and evangelistic ministry to Southeast Texas communities distributing food and other household necessities. Supported by Church on the Rock for the last 18 years, the Pantry is located at 649 Stadium Road in Port Arthur, Texas. Joe Moreno, together with his wife Beth, direct the COTR Food Pantry, aided by many faithful helpers. The Pantry is open Tuesday and Wednesday each week from 7:00-9:00 a.m. On average, the Pantry annually distributes more than 60,000 pounds of food to over 1,000 families, (over 3,000 individuals) amounting to a retail equivalent over $86,000! Numbers of those helped have given their hearts to Christ and received ministry through prayer and the Word of God.
